Summary: This was a great home for our week at Cooperstown! The House was easy to find, well-stocked, and it felt like home. It's a quaint older home, but had all the comforts of home. Experienced travelers will remember that not all outlets in older homes are built for three-prongs, and either bring two-prong adapters, or the GFCIs in the bathrooms / kitchen. The public road out front is well-traveled, and leads to all the major attractions. From the home, you can easily access Cooperstown, Dreams Park, Oneonta, Lake Otsego, and other destinations north. A quick YouTube tutorial will help you understand the HVAC system, which was a big help for temperature swings on both ends of the spectrum. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Summary: We came to the Cooperstown area looking for a few days away and some time to visit the Hall of Fame and do some antiquing. The home was lovely and exactly as promised online. We didn't need to have a lot of contact with Stephen, but the few times we did he was very responsive and very helpful. The house itself is a historic home, so as another reviewer mentioned, the floors are a bit creaky in spots. But that's the charm of a historic home. The place was spotless top to bottom, roomy, spacious and well stocked kitchen and updated bathrooms. The beds were very comfy. Because this is on a busy road, there is some road noise at night. But we found that after the first night it was not noticeable at all. Very close to everything in Cooperstown, lots of great restaurants and antique stores. And a nice little cafe and quilt store within walking distance. Definitely recommend this little gem.

Summary: Casual and comfortable old house, well stocked with everything we needed, including toys and games. Our seven-year-old grandson took it in, and said it "was just like Christmas." Plenty of space for our three generation family of six. It is on a busy road, so walking wasn't easy, but very close by car to Cooperstown and the lovely surrounding countryside. Highly recommended.

Summary: We stayed at this location for 5 days while my son played in a baseball tournament at Dreams Park. It had everything and more we could ask for. Kitchen was incredible as we took advantage of the grill and kitchen amenities. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Great dining room and common area to hang out as a family. Perfect distance to Hall of Fame and ball park. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had a wonderful time. The house is close to Cooperstown Dream Park and the Hall of Fame. The stairs and the road noise was a little tough for us old folks, would recommend this place to anyone playing ball for a week!

Summary: The photos of this property do not do it justice. It is such a warm, charming, comfortable place. It was spotless and squeaky clean upon our arrival. It had everything we needed, plus more. Well-stocked kitchen, toiletries, bedding, books, board games. The list goes on. We would love to stay again.

Summary: The property is wonderfully equipped, very close to Cooperstown, and a wonderful getaway. We lived in this house with our 2 children to get away from COVID in NYC, to have space for kids to be able to bike, and for me to work remotely without being disturbed which was impossible at home. This was the perfect place! Highly recommend,
